PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: August 20, 2026
Dirac Labs Inc. (7 N Pinckney St, Suite 350, Madison, WI, United States) and Dirac Labs UK Ltd. (5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3TW, United Kingdom) — together "Dirac Labs," "we," "us" — operate www.diraclabs.com (the "Site"). For visitors in the UK and Europe, Dirac Labs UK Ltd. is the data controller; for all other visitors, Dirac Labs Inc. is the data controller.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: contact@diraclabs.com.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form ("Request a Briefing"), we collect your first and last name, your organization, and the descriptions you provide of your request. If you email us, we collect your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically receive technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. Our bot-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) analyzes similar signals to distinguish people from automated traffic. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the Site loads.
We do not collect payment information, we do not offer user accounts, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on the Site.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential partnerships, and communicate with you about them. We use automatically collected technical data to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Where UK or EU data protection law applies, our legal bases are: taking steps toward a potential contract at your request (form submissions and correspondence) and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site (technical data).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. WHO PROCESSES YOUR INFORMATION
We use a small number of service providers to run the Site, acting on our instructions:
- Webflow, Inc. — website hosting and storage of form submissions
- Google LLC (Google Workspace) — our email, where form submissions are delivered
- Cloudflare, Inc. — bot protection on our contact form (Turnstile)
- Google Fonts — font delivery for the Site
These providers are based in the United States.
4. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
If you visit from the UK, EU, or elsewhere outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed on servers in the United States. Where required, we rely on recognized transfer safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification of our providers and/or standard contractual clauses.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on the inquiry, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless a partnership proceeds (in which case records are kept as part of that relationship) or we are legally required to keep them longer.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. UK and EU residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@diraclabs.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. COOKIES
The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies or similar technologies in use are strictly functional ones set by Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our contact form from automated abuse. Because these are essential for security, they do not require consent. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
8. CHILDREN
The Site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
