These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin. If you access the Site as a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you non-waivable rights, those rights are unaffected.
